Level 3 is split up into two parts: Part One – Family Meal and Part Two – Charcuterie. Family meal is like being in a “real” restaurant kitchen, where we are preparing lunch for everyone in the whole school. The hustle and the bustle.

Our group is a powerhouse – we kicked culinary butt everyday. Pushing out unique, delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. I really have fun in the kitchen when I’m with a great team, and I’m certainly surrounded by some talented cooks. We learn from and push each other to become better chefs and that’s all I can ask for. From pulled pork, to pizza, to tofu bok choy and of course desserts – we made a variety of dishes.
