This year for Christmas I gave myself the confidence to follow my dream. The confidence to push myself in a direction I know I need to go. The confidence to make a career change and feed my true passion for baking and cooking. In January I will be a student at the International Culinary Center in New York City.
Am I nervous and scared? Absolutely. Am I ready to be pushed outside my comfort zone? Absolutely. This is why I know I’m ready. It’s important to push myself to take chances. I’m excited, overwhelmed, and I can’t wait to get started.
I’ve added a new section to my blog called “Culinary School,” where you can follow my journey through classes, seminars, internships and eating adventures around town.
