Mini gluten free donuts for everyone!

Mini Gluten Free Chocolate Donuts

  • 2 tablespoon butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar (I like Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2.5 tablespoons of milk or coconut milk


  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the butter and sugar together. Individually drop in each egg, and mix together with the vanilla extract. Add the brown rice flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Lastly, add in the milk.

Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon into a pipping bag and snip off the end. Pip into the donut pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Use a fork to remove the donuts, and let cool on a drying rack.


For the frosting, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a bowl for 1.5 minutes in the microwave. Use a small whisk to help smooth the mixture.

Dip each donut in the white chocolate and top with your favorite sprinkles.
