I promise to keep this short and sweet.

Change can sometimes be difficult, especially when you’re told that you have to change everything you are use to. However, with the support from your friends and and family, change can be a little easier. I have been blessed with such great family and friends in my life. The kind of people that support me no matter what, and I’m thankful for them everyday.

I’m thankful that my Mom goes above and beyond to make all meals gluten free. I’m thankful that my friends always make sure that the restaurant has either a gluten free menu or offers gluten free options when we go out to eat. I am thankful that my friends will spend the time to make dishes that are gluten free for events. I am thankful that my family and friends aren’t embarrassed to make sure something is gluten free especially when our server isn’t 100% sure. I am thankful that my friends and family will explore new ingredients or try new recipes to make sure I can enjoy something too. I am thankful that my family and friends send me gluten free recipes, restaurants, bakeries, etc. to try. I’m thankful that my family and friends read my blog, try recipes and share my posts.

Your thoughtfulness means everything.

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?
