Who doesn’t love a good cocktail at Sunday brunch? I’m not really a bloody mary fan, but I definitely love a delicious mimosa. Here’s what you need to make an easy and fun mimosa bar for your next brunch event.

  • Juice: Orange juice is usually used in mimosas, but try adding a few other flavors like grapefruit, pineapple, cranberry, etc. You can mix them together (orange + grapefruit) or enjoy them separate.
  • Fruit: Add different types of fruit and garnishes like raspberries, chopped strawberries, pineapple, and orange slices.
  • “Medium” Champagne: What I mean by “medium” champagne is you don’t want a super cheap champagne (hello hangover), but you also don’t want to use a very expensive champagne for mimosas since you are mixing them with juice. Find one right in the middle price point. Chill your champagne in the fridge before serving.
  • Champagne glasses: If you have time, chill the glasses beforehand

Prep your table beforehand by pouring your juices into pitchers and fruit into cute martini glasses or bowls.
