So I can’t take all the credit for this little recipe; my sister totally kicked ass making this before, and I took her recipe and made it again the other night for dinner. Simple, simple, simple, that’s what this is. All you need is corn, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and tin foil, oh and a grill, and you’re good to go!

Simple Sides Series: Garlic Butter Grilled Corn on the Cob
2 tablespoon of butter per piece of corn
1 clove of garlic per piece of corn
Tin foil

Slightly melt your butter in the microwave just so it’s soft enough to fold in the crush garlic. Crush your garlic and add to the butter.

Put a teaspoon of salt and pepper in the butter and mix together.

Using your hands, rub the butter mixture all over the corn.

Wrap your corn in the tin foil and pop on the grill for 15 minutes.

Open and enjoy!!
