I’ve got the perfect quick and easy lunch for you – lettuce wraps.

What’s great about these little delights is you can fill them with whatever you want: chicken salad, tuna, shredded chicken, egg salad, ground turkey, sliced chicken or ham, etc….the possibilities are endless.

Today, I filled mine with some smoked sliced turkey breast, provolone cheese and guacamole. Pretty much everything you’d put in a sandwich but without the bread.

Clean your lettuce first.

Spread on your toppings, like my guacamole here. If this was chicken salad it would be hot peppers 🙂
