I’d never thought I’d say this, but I decided to take a break from red wine to try a little white. What else is there to do when you get snowed in but to drink, eat and watch movies!

Start with two bottles of wine sangria. It doesn’t matter what brand you use, so we used Madria Moscato Sangria. The key to a great sangria is brandy. Add as much as you’d like…we’ll we added the whole bottle 🙂

Next, cut up some apples and peel some tangerines. They also add beautiful color to your pitcher!

And what goes great with sangria? Brie cheese! Per-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place you Brie on the cookie sheet and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until its soft in the middle. To add a little more flavor, top off the Brie cheese with any type of jam you have in the fridge. Let the jam bake on the cheese for about 2 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Place on a plate and surround with crackers.

Enjoy.
